It's not that noticeable, but it annoys me when I'm trying to put on makeup. One of my eyes is rounder and the other is more almond shaped. I'm half Asian and half white, so maybe that has something to do with it?

It has certainly to do with your descendence.
You yourself write that it is not much noticeable, so don't let yourself be annoyed. I can well imagine that other people won't notice at all. If you feel it necessary, you can certainly correct a bit with make up.
Take a portrait photography of you and hold it beside your image in the mirror. You will see, the round eye is on the photography on one side, in the mirror on the other, and the almond shaped eye also changes sides. The same experience can everybody make and say: "On this photo, that's not me!", because a photo never shows a face as we know it from the mirror. No face is exactly symmetric, be it the nose, the mouth, the eyebrows or, in your case, the eyes. You will by close looking find more differences between the halves of your face, but don't let that worry you. That's part of your beauty (because an absolutely symmetric face would not be considered beautyful).

Usually there are small differences from one side of the body to the other, one hand, foot or breast may be larger or smaller, the hair may be thicker on one side. The difference in your eyes is not at all abnormal.

One of my eyes doesn't open as much as the other one. It's not very noticable most of the time, but sometimes I think it is. I wouldn't worry about it though. No one's perfect!

It's just because nobody's face is perfectly symmetrical.
