Nope they cosingner does not need a drivers license. They just need to have better credit than you, Identification and be willing to pay your car for you if you fail to make payments, because thats what a cosingner really is, a person that will pay for your car if you cant that way it dont get reposess.

Co-signing is all about $$, they do not care about them driving just about their ability to pay $$ if you default.
