when you approach the red traffic light, do you pull up parallel to the other car so you can look at the other driver? or vice versa?

Yeah all the time.... sometimes just to bother them i'll wave and blow kisses and with signs say i love you.. you know when you point at yourself meaning "i" then you put your hand on your heart meaning "love" then i point to them which means "you" but im just and all around weirdo like that

Actually it does not happen often enough for me.
Usually they are looking at any of the other places they could look or mostly strait ahead. More often than not the other driver is talking to someone else in their car or and this is funny, they are singing to themselves and don't even notice me.

That's right, some people do not like that crap if you stop at a red light they late for work or their welfare office is closing early.

I try never to look, unless of coarse theres a dog in the front seat with his head out the window, and then, how could you not, so cute

yup I try to do something offensive like put my middle finger on my head pointing it at them subtly
