Depends what for? But generally many families operate their homes as a 'CASA' for tourists. Once you are there it is easy to find who has a spare room as they are very eager to earn money. I would recommend you stay in a casa as it is much cheaper than a hotel, you are guaranteed cleanliness and safety and you can enjoy the experinece of home life-cuban style.
