go to an accreditated school that offers online classes or degrees and then see if you qualify for the pell grant. The pell grant should cover the cost of school and it is free money that does not have to be paid back

The only way you can get a free one is if the government pays for it. Which you have to qualify for. I'm sure there are payment plans that can help you - and I'm sure it's worth it in the long run.
