There will be about 7 or 8 vendors there selling their fabulous products. I'm planning a kiddie's corner with artz-n-craftz. Since people will be coming and going, I wondered if I should have a special appearance from Santa for the kids...and adults too : ) Any more great ideas?

What about a cookie trade? Have everyone that comes, bring a couple dozen cookies. Then let everyone take a couple dozen home with them. Ask the bakers to make up the recipes on index cards, so they can be passed along. Make sure you play some holiday music. Since you are having vendors in your home, ask each vendor for a small donation so that you can buy christmas dinner for a family in need, or toys for the needy. I envy you, this open house sounds like alot of fun!!! Do you live close? I am still looking to buy some presents! lol - Have a wonderful holiday season!!!
