SIMS in an office environment? NOT the games family!?

I've just had a phone call from a gf who has seen an advert for a clerical assistant in a school.

The job description says she would be required to input information using SIMS.

Anyone out there know what SIMS is, in an office?

I repeat, this is NOT the SIMS family many of you know and love to play with!!!

Schools Information Management System. I would suggest that it is a "Remedy" type database application.
