Tie them in a bunch and hang them upside down in a dry place that's not too cold for at least 3 weeks. If you take them down any sooner, they will not be completely dry and the heads will droop.

Crafting stores have some kind of silicone you can put them in. They dry looking fresher than they would if you just hang them upside down.

Tie them up and hang them upside down and let them dry, but be careful...when they are dry they become very fragile.
