You wouldn't get it...that money would go to your mother since she was the one taking care of you all those years without the help of your father.

Yes as long as there is a court order that child support be paid...if there is no order then u cant get any support

That money would belong to the parent not the child.
The parent forked over for years to support the child they get paid back not the adult child.

if not, I doubt you can get one now for the past, but give it a try.

but remember it is the parent that gets the child support not the kid.

It's tough enough getting support when it's due. I wouldnt hold my breath for years later. I could comfortably retire, if that were possible.

not you, but your mother will get the money. if your mother is passed than im not sure if you get the child support.

No. He's not owed anything. His mother would be entitiled to that if anything. He didnt pay to support himself. So no.
