"Page 3" is nothing but the page # 3 on the newspaper. On this page you will find all the starry events happening in that city or area like the parties, weddings of prominent people and whos-who attending them, high profile people and their events, openings of posh and swanky places, socialites, etc....In short anything that makes a lot of news including people (gossip!!!) feature on this page...anyone who has a lot of money and have lots of time to hang around in designer labels and at all the dos...these events are sometimes called as page 3 events and people are called, you guessed it, Page 3 people....Watch the movie "Page 3" and u will get a idea...
