U really can't unless you find someone who's rich and marry them. Coming up with an invention that will sell millions won't work cause you'll have to work.
Working is a good thing. Try to find something that you like to do (besides sleeping. lol) and make money off of it.

Live with your parents. Don't bother with an education (it'll only make you want to get a job). Suck up to a rich relative (preferably one that is older than 90).
Or if you are referring to not "working" when you're at work, asking stupid questions on the Internet is a good start!
