I have a friend who has called my husband honey a couple of times. She has also mentioned to me that maybe he would want two wives.....and that she wouldn't even require any bedroom time. My husband has a good job and I don't have to work. I feel like she would step into my life if anything ever happened to our relationship. She's attractive and keeps trying to include my husband whenever we make plans. It leaves me feeling uncomfortable. Should I continue to see this friend? I've tried several times to tell her that she makes me feel uneasy. My husband didn't even notice when she called him honey and I trust him but I'm questioning her intergrity. I don't feel like I'm overly jealous.

Go with your gut...If it makes you feel uneasy...stop the relationship. You don't need to feel like that.

About the "honey" thing - until I moved to Virginia of course this didn't happen often - now it's difficult to make it through a day without a woman calling me honey, sweetie etc. Depends where you are. If she is Southern it might just be a habit of hers.
As for the 2nd wife thing: maybe she's joking, maybe she isn't. But if she can't respect your wishes that she back off, she isn't much of a friend.
She is likely to take a planned visit talking to more seriously then a snap reaction to something she says. Try it that way.
If she continues, tell her to buzz off.

Your girl is feeling your husband big time....Do you know why? Its because a lot of woment tell their friends to much of their business..In the bedroom(especially), what he has and is doing for you and she is jealous.... cut that friend off or you will be sorry, if its not too late....Even if you cut her off, she will still go after your man because she's on a mission because now dumba** thinks she can have what you got because she can't seem to find a good man because she's in a fantasy world and want what you have since you told her all of your business....

As far as your husband goes, he's playing stupid like he never notices her or hear what she says to you just to keep the arguing and naggind down, especially if you say she's attractive....

WOMEN STOP TELLING YA GIRL ABOUT WHAT YOUR HUSBAND DOES TO YOU AND FOR YOU, ESPECIALLY A SINGLE GIRLFRIEND.....WHY DO YOU THINK WE HAVE SHOWS LIKE JERRY SPRINGER, BECAUSE WE TALK TOO MUCH....

WAKE UP AND KICK THAT CHICK TO THE CURB BEFORE SHE SLIDES ON YOUR HUSBAND'S D**K....IF SHE ALREADY HASN'T.....

She's no "friend" if you have told her how she makes you feel and she continues to act like that. You don't need her and it will only put stress on your marriage to have her around. Women are sneaky witches for the most part... cut her loose and find some other happily married couples to hang out with, good luck =)

Sweety, go back & read your answer. You've answered your own question. If she is taking advantage of your friendship like that, how long do you think it will take before she tell him he can have his cake & EAT it too. Your husband hears her, trust me.It's not unusual for a person close to a good relationship to fantasice about being with one of the partners, but why did she realy tell you about it unless she was intending on doing something about it. SHE'S GOT TO GO, BEFORE YOU HAVE MORE PROBLEMS

No I don't think you are being jealous either. I wouldn't like any of my wives friends acting this way and trust me she would stop all interactions with that person real quick. I have a rule that I only allow solid people into my life. I pay whenever I break that rule.

she sees how good your life is, and wants one like it, i would not invite her to my house anymore, my sister befriended a girl once, and u know what she did make off with her hubby, destroyed her whole life, and never gave it a second thought. got to be careful who u let in your life, got to be very careful not to bring any temptation in. she most certinly would take your hubby and not think how u would feel. she sees someone who is committed, and makes wonderful money, she wants what u have. do u really want this predator around him? never invite problems in, never trust another woman around your husband if u value what u have. stranger things have happend. when my sis ter befriended the other woman, she had no idea what was to come. women are vicious and see when they find a good catch, even if it belongs to someone else.

Well Darlin', some people use terms like sweetheart and honey as a normal greeting. Perhaps she is very friendly and wants to let you know that she thinks you did well with your husband. It is not all that uncommon to hear people say things like " if you don't want him/her I'll take him". It sounds like a big dose of friendly with a kernel of truth.

I am 34 now and have had many people in the past appear to be close "friends" even the best of friends, only to slip the knife in my back in some large or small way later... Your instincts are probably correct.
