Generally speaking I think you should cover up - long skirt or trousers & cover your shoulders. Why not ask the bride? I'm sure other guests will be asking the same question. Just say that you aren't sure about what appropriate dress would be & you don't want to cause offense. I'm sure she will appreciate your concern.

Weddings are usually more of a cultural event rather than religious, at least in Islam I think. I'm a Turkish muslim and we have a wedding party called "düÄün" in which people can wear anything they would when they're going to a party. If your friends are Arabic, ask them what kind of a wedding they have and if they have any customs and so on.

wear what everyone else is wearing, you don't have to be muslim to wear what they do, it's more out of respect. I just went to a Hindu wedding the other day, I am not Hindu but i went to a store and bought an outfit appropriate for the wedding.

wear what you would normally wear to any wedding. Be proud of who you are, and love your heritage - REPRESENT!
if they are nice people they won't care, or be offended, unless your invitation card says otherwise, i'd suggest you wear what you like -- hey, they invited you didn't they, so unless the invitation gave you a dress code or told you what to wear, i'm sure they invited you not caring what you would wear.

Ask her. I would guess any formal and non revealing wedding attire unless they call for traditional garb in which case you can see if you can borrow it from your friend or her family.
