Which PS2 game? The original Sims and Bustin Out, I think, you just keep getting them to kiss until a message pops up asking if you want them to have a baby. If you pick yes, a cradle appears, and you spend the next three Simdays being annoyed the hell out of.
The Sims 2 for PS2, they can't have kids. It's just adults.
