Nobody will repair a sidewall.
Also it depends how rotted the tire is. You really need to look at it and deide for yourself if it is something that needs to be addressed today or later. You might want to take it to an actual tire shop or a trusted mechanic for a professional opinion from somebody that can actually look at yor tire.
They might try to sell you new tires either way but in most states it is illegal to use scare tactics to make sales like that and besides it's just good business to shoot a customer straight and tell them the truth. If they don't need something today they shoudl tell you that and when you actually do need something you will be back. There are some bad shops out there but many out there believe in this philosophy.

Buy a new tire man if you try to fix a crack in the side wall you will end up spending more than it is worth.

Sidewall punctures are not repairable, if it even is a puncture. If the crack is shallow, it may be OK. If you can see any of the inside bits of the tire, replace it immediately. Not sure? Take it to a tire store to have it checked out.

If its in the sidewall its probably dryrot and will blow out when it gets bad enough. Sidewalls are not repairable like the tread, they are to thin, buy a tire and save somebodys life.

baby the tire is not like you, you I can just lick and make your crack all better
but with tires ( maybe they are like females ) with age they get worn out and need replacing, washing chemicals street salt and sun plus just age wears them out, maybe it is time to replace all four at one time so you know you are safe on the road. not going to hurt yourself or anyone else
how would you feel if your tire blew out and you went right into all those children waiting to cross the school cross walk because of a few dollars for a few tires
get all four replaced
good
