Given Misbah Rana is a British citizen but wants to stay in Pakistan should we pay for a court case?

There are hearings in the Pakistan Guardian Court,the High Court and the Supreme Court over whom she should be brought up with.
Last week a Judge ruled that she should be returned to her Mother as her Father was not a permanent resident in Pakistan, he ruled that Misbah was brought into Pakistan illegally. We can all see in the media coverage of how upset she is at being brought back to Britain, and states she will run away if she is returned, I feel a teeny bit sorry for her Mother but you should watch who you jump into bed with,.stick to your own culture and religion unless of course you are prepared to live as a muslim.
Do you think her father will get a big fat dowry for her now that she is famous although a bit old at twelve for marriage in Pakistan

um.. i totally agree..

i mean from what i've heard her mother renounced islam, married a christian who would force misbah to do haram stuff (stuff not permited in islam)

with her faith at stake, she approched her dad.. and now the dumb court says that the scottish court would be able to handle the issue in a better way!

no i disagree.. i mean its really upto him regardless of her fame what he gives for dowry... in islam, dowry does NOT mean u give ur daughter loads and loads of stuff simply coz of a class issue.. i mean u just have to give some BARE ESSENTIALS to ur daughter so that she wont have any problems in her hubby's home!
