Carpet Sea Anenomie problem?

My sea anenomie will not set foot in the tank. I changed his locations a couple of times. His mouth is getting bigger. I've isolated the clown fish. What else can I do to make him happy and settle down and set his foot?

Don't change his location any more. Given enough time (a few months at least) he should set his foot.
