I had a bad transaction on ebay and this jerk owes me almost $300. It was something that I bought and it was not as described, so I sent it back and he promised a refund. Months later and I am still waiting. The problem is that it is too far along for ebay/Paypal to do anything about it. All emails to this prick are unreturned. What can I do? Anything???

I really don't think there is anything you can do at this point. If you have proof of delivery you may want to contact an attorney, but it will probably cost more than the 300.00 that you lost.

You have to contact Ebay and file a complaint.

I'm not sure if this link will work for you but here's where I would start:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_us/_base/index_2.html?item=&topic=index_2&continue=Continue+%3E

Or this may help too:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/isgw-fraud-ebays-role.html

I hope this helps. You need to file a complaint and if that fails you should at least leave poor feedback. You should have not have sent the item back without taking pictures of the misrepresentation. If you do, you will need those for your complaint. It may take a while to settle the dispute, but for $300 it will be worth it. Good luck!

File a notice with your credit card company and have the money returned that way. You may have to submit documentation to them to do so though.
