Ask the people closest to you. They tend to know better than any kind of test.
That said, if you're miserable or find that your perceptions don't match reality, get help. Sane or insane, those are things you should fix.

I think the rule of thumb is, you aren't insane if you talk to yourself. You are insane when you start answering your own questions.
