Well, I was looking forward to having half of a leftover one but I left in a hurry this morning and forgot it in the fridge. It was a "Fajita in a Buritto" buritto from a restaurant called Tinga in Westfield, NJ...mmmm.

I get them all the time when I walk home from the store. There are 2 shops..Mom and Pop burrito shops that make very decent ones, and they are very, very good..even better than the famous one,LaTaqueria on Mission St..here in SF..that everyone raves about.

No but I'd love either a taco salad or an enchilada.
