Now the Work shop said i need to pay $700 for storage charges and Towing is $80. the towing charge is $35 for what i saw a bill inside my car and they did nothing to my vehical. where can i complain to?

What kind of storage charge cost $700? Did they store your car in a air tight room or something? Anyway you can refer your case to Consumer Association of Singpore(CASE) if you are in Singapore

There is always room for negotiation.

Tell them THEY are late in giving you the quote, so you can't be responsible for all of the storage fee. If they gave you the quote faster you would have been out faster. Offer them 3 days storage fee, and $40 towing, just to get them out of your hair.

If they don't accept, look up "auto repair oversight" in your state government. In CA, that's Bureau of Automotive Repairs (BAR). Not sure about your state, and find a grievance there. If this is covered by insurance, get them involved as well.

It's disputable, as they can charge you up to $700 storage for 10 days, or $70 per day, which is considered "reasonable". You can lodge a complain to CASE, but it's not going to help, you will still have to pay for the charges, if you refuse, they may bring you to Small Claims Court. You should try talk nicely with them, these workshop normally will become more unreasonable if you are nasty to them.

prbably the only place to go would be the better business bureau unless they are affiliated with a corporation, not too much recourse as they can charge whatever they can get away with for storage as for towing they probably get a break from towing service not fair but nobody said life was fair

I would contact the Attorney Generals Office of your state. And let them know you will be doing so.
