you want the canal+ channels from Norway. Wesites are: www.canalplus.se for the Swedish and .no for Norway. Hopefully there'll be a translate button on their somewhere.
Have known a couple of pubs to have it over in the UK. Half the commentary is in English, the other games you have to put up with the Scandinavian ranting! Show near enough every game though....even the main 3pm Saturday game.

If you live in the US, you can see some Premier League games on Fox Soccer Channel. It's available through Dish Network (which I have) and DirecTV, along with some cable systems.

I watch the Premiership for 3PM Saturday k/o's on p2p programs. I have both PPLive and TVUPlayer lying about on my machines as/when I want them.

try googling streamline TV. There should be a couple differnent prgrams you can download, so you can link your PC to foreign TV network.
