Molecular Biology data is specific to the discipline of molecular biology, and generally speaking, *is* scientific data if it meets the requirements of such data. Molecular Biology generally is the study of proteins, DNA, RNA, cellular components, etc.

Data are data whether from one area of science or another.They are valued.From observations and experimentation and computation we get data.They are useful in further scientific studies and in enriching our knowledge.In molecular biology data are helpful for the furthering of studies whether in this branch or in any other branch. They too are scientific data. Molecular biology is a small branch of science focusing on DNA, RNA and proteins.
