Anyone in here ever worked a job for a day and then quit? Or did that to a few jobs?

There are jobs out there that only last one day. Work get paid (usually cash) and leave lol! Never worked a normal job just a day or so and left. I like to have a reason why I leave a job.
We went to the homeless shelter asked the guys who wants to buck hay for the day, we had a couple paid them that day never saw them again....

The job was a new scope in my carrier, could not measure work nature, co employee history,the boss not picking the phone to assign the next day job. Benefit was entering a new business setup and be trained for a day. Verity is also a spice of life.

Yep. There's been a few like that.
I used to feel embarassed about doing that, especially for taking the employers time to interview me and then not coming back after one day.
I've just always got "feelings" from jobs, the minute I step in the door for actual work, that decided whether I'd stay or not
But I have a steady job and haven't done such things in 6 years.

I've done temp jobs before that lasted for one day...I hated them, and will never do them again.

I done one shift in a school canteen and never returned. not even for the wages
