Not very far if we keep ignoring development in the rural sector.
we need another green revolution - not for quantity production but for quality production. R&D in the agritech sector needs to be encouraged alongside development of co-operatives and fair markets for the primary producer.

We have made leaps and bounds in technology and science but our cultural development seems to have come to a standstill as is the case with human resources and people skills

Inspite of opportunistic political leadership, with out any commitment towards the people and the nation, the country is marching ahead in some sectors. Its people are showing some global inspiring results.

after just half a century on getting our freedom from an foriegn power i would say india is slowly going places. if only we could stop our population growth!
