Of course people can be satisfied with their looks, there can be why can't they be? I don't choose to be influenced by the media. Why would anyone be dissatisfied with the way they look if they did not think there was anything more desirable or better? Unless, you unhealthy and unfit then I do not see the probelm. Don't get caught up with the media.

I like the way I look except for my teeth and tummy flab, I don't think that anyone is truly happy with their body or how they look.

Most of the time yes, I am quite pleased with how I look but not today, I am getting over the stomach flu and I think I look like hammered dung.

get a breast lift, and reduction
tummy tuck
lipo on the legs,
scar removals
yet since I cannot have these things, I must think myself happy with myself!!

I don't think there are many out there who are, we all find even the tiniest things that we think are wrong about us even when others don't see it
