I mean, when you change careers because you don't like/hate your job, and now you make much less money,and/or have to start all over. Did you willingly do it,knowing that you would make much less, but did it anyway? How did it all work out in the end?Was it worth it for YOU?(not what your friends and family thought of your decision).I know am not the only one in this situation. Thanks for your input friends!

Yes, I changed careers - after 20 yrs.
And I am making more money, at the bottom
of the corporate ladder, than in my previous job after 20 yrs.
So, if you need a change - or the job is better suited
to your education - or just, because you want to...
Go do it - nothing to loose - lot's to gain.
Experience, new friends, maybe the perfect job and
of course - more money.!

Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

After more than a decade as an tecno droid, I decided I wanted to be an electrician. I started as an apprentice and learned massive amounts. My previous knowledge made it easier to advance faster. It was totally worth it.
I then had a much larger skill base for future jobs.
If your 'new' career is something your heart wants, you will excel at it and most likely be very prosperous in time.
GO FOR IT ! ! !
