the carnival buffet at the rio is great, and they have gelato (which i love) but one of the priciest ones (i think $25 for dinner, but its been awhile, maybe its changed)
and i believe the aladdin spice market buffet (i think thats what its called)
has been voted "best of las vegas" (by the review-journal, the LV newspaper)
i didnt like the buffet at texas station, i dont know if the rest of the station casinos are the same, but they're not really near the strip anyway.
i have found that the restaurants are way better than the buffets though, i recommend maggianos if you like italian (its at the fashion show)
and the top of the world at the stratosphere is good.
