I have the same router, the hard reset (when you are looking directly at the ports) is on the right hand side, you need a pencil/pen/paperclip to press in the small button, will reboot the router back to factory, then try accessing it via http to configure the router.

Do a hard reset. There should be a button on the back. Disconnect power from your router. Press and hold the reset button while you power it back on. You'll have to reconfigure your router as that resets it to factory configuration. If you made a backup of the config, just restore it.

If that doesn't work, the router has failed. If it's under warranty, contact Linksys. If not, just replace it.

Just an addition to the previous answer. Most hard reset buttons are inside the unit to prevent accidental hard resets. This is usually accessed through a small hole and requires a paper clip or another small object to put in the hole and press the reset button.

sounds like you're connecting for your router even if, the router isn't conversing nicely including your modem. if that is the case then, turn the modem off for a jiffy then decrease back on and attempt lower back. If this isn't supply you effective effects, purchase a sparkling one. There are some contained in the 11g that are very less costly and paintings nicely. reliable luck...............
