Well, it doesn't exactly ever say that Ron and Hermione hook up- they're just at Dumbledore's funeral together and comforting each other... (that's the very last chapter)
Harry and Ginny- yes, they kiss. Sorry, I don't exactly remember the chapter, per se, except it was the one that described Harry's detention with Snape during the last Quidditch match...

Ron and Hermione don't hook up. I forget what chapter Harry and Ginny hook up, but it's sometime after the quidditch match that Harry couldn't see because he was in detention. And yes, they did kiss, a lot.

I don't think ron and hermione hooked up but harry and ginny aren't together anymore
