He's all talking s**t about how the whole system is messed up, then he gets his way and is like a litlle f a g kid on Xmas day with a girn about how everything worked out fine. I kinda want to knock him out, and his team isn't even that good.

Sorry--like I said b4---I'm not a Michigan fan, but I've seen them both play, and Florida would get smoked--hands down, no questions asked.

You're exactly correct. His team has been squeaking by mediocre teams all year. Don't worry. Ohio State will expose them.

When the Dust Clears on the Final Poll:
1) OSU (Big 10)
2) Michigan (Big 10)
3) LSU (SEC)
4) Wisconsin (Big 10)
5) Boise St. (WAC)
Sorry...No ACC, No Big 12, No Pac 10, No Notre Dame. The truth will play out in the end...the Big Ten is real Football Power of the Nation. They'll also have to show the nation they'll be most represented conference in the great 8 and final four mens NCAA B-Ball. We are the power... rest of the country are posers.

I don't have any problem with Florida playing in the championship game, but Meyer's act over the past few weeks has gotten old. At the same time, though, I'm sure he was doing it as much for his players and his bosses as he was for himself. His job is to win games and generate interest and revenue in the program, and he's obviously been successful there.
Meyer has also been an advocate of a playoff system for a long time, and he's still standing by that even after his team made the championship.

Well of course he's going to be happy about the results now. But even then, he can still think that the BCS is flawed. Just because it worked out your way doesn't take away your right to complain about the screwed up system. Boise State and Michigan aren't the only two teams that can whine about it.

If I remember correctly, he actually still stood by his statement that the system was messed up. This was after Florida got their bid to National Championship.
Back in Utah, Urban Meyer also got worked by the BCS. I understand why he doesn't like the system. Not too many people do.
Why don't you go try and knock him out. If he doesn't Judo chop you first, I am sure Brandon Siler will happily snap your neck.
Get your facts straight before you say a team isn't that good. Look at their stats, look at their wins, and look at their schedule. The Computers say they are, the coaches say they are, and the analysts say they are. Yet, you know better.

Well the system is messed up, it is not fair to any one team. He just by chance got the opportunity to play in the National Championship because USC lost. I am asuming you are either a Michigan fan or USC fan, neither of the two deserved to play. So get over it!

no but for real if I was him looking at how they system works I would do the same thing, he persuaded a couple voters whine or not he got what he wanted
and now he has to prove his Florida team can compete with Ohio State and he has to prove he can coach as well as tressell
I have to respect that

Whoever thinks that the Big Ten is the real power in college football obviously forgot the fact that collectively Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern, Penn State, and Purdue totally suck.

I remember him being very critical before he was in the game. He does seem whiney compared with Carr.
