He came back to me on a mission...now he has temp phisical custody of our 4 yr old.....I cant believe this!He is using her to try to get information out of me. He is still playing his games I fear for her mental well being.If they could only understand what a mistake they made...

Did you make police reports of the abuse? Do you have any witnesses or doctors that can attess to the abuse? If you don't then start now. It is only a matter of time until he turns his aggressions to the 4yr old.

why don't you go get a lawyer tell him your situation and go to court. If he has physically and verbally abused you your daughter doens't belong with him. How is it that he has custody of her? did you loose custody over him in court or did he decide to take her?? seems like there's alot of info here that you are not telling us. I wish i could help some more but- you only told us a small chunk of what is going on and not the whole story. I will pray for you but meanwhile- get some help on what to do. You child should live with you. You never know what can happen if she stays with him. I know what i;m telling you. I'm 23 and when my mom and dad separated i was 15 and on one of the weekend visits to my dad's house he sexually molested me. Don't let something like this happen or anything. You never know what can happen you can't trust everyone nowadays even if he's the father of your child- you never knwo what he could do to her. Think of it this way- he's a man!

Unfortunately, abusive men do not stop being abusive. The best thing that you can do is to petition the court for full custody of your daughter and explain in the petition that he is using the girl for information.
Once you get your daughter, get a restraining order on him and make sure that you change the locks to your home. Otherwise, go to a women's shelter.

talk to your lawyer tell her what's going on or at least take your concerns to your social worker and let her know you think that he is manipulating the child. i hate when things like this happen. just keep your head up hon, and things will work out for the best and your little girl/boy will be backin your loving arms in no time. just be patient.

You need to go to someone like a Lawyer, or the police. Get a divorce from him you need to find a way to get you and your daughter out of there. You have to talk to someone.

hun you need to get u a lawyer and fight this for your kid. if he abused you whats to say he will stop there with her it will start out mental and the as she get older it will get worse. plz do all that you can to fight this if you have reports of where he beat you bring them up. there are people out there that will help you and if all else get your kid and run. there are people out there that will help you just have to find them god bless you, you and your little girl are in my prays
