If this is a relationship you want to hold onto, call a counselor immediately. If you two still love eachother, there is still a chance... Things will have to change, though. Secrets can destroy a relationship faster than anything else, and you both seem to keep a lot inside. Set a time frame (in a journal or something, don't tell him the day) that you expect to see changes take place. If your marriage isn't getting any better, then call it off. If you aren't willing to work at it to make each other happier, then find someone who will. But try first, or you will always wonder if it would have worked... Good luck!! ♥

I definitely think you should get some counseling together; not only for your relationship, but for his drug problem. There is no stigma involved when asking for help and only good can come of it. If it turns out that you do not stay together (even though that seems terrible and difficult at the time), you will find the good in it one day. But I hope that it does the trick for you and you both live happily ever after.

I don't think a sexual affair is a even comparison to drug use. Beside it does not help bringing unrelated flaws into the argument. Have you loved him for the last 10 years? Keep in mind you loved him all during his drug use, the only differnece is you now know.

People say things in arguments sometimes that they don't really mean, but that is irrelevant in this case...... You are involved with someone who is using drugs and who has been lying to you for 10 years.... You seem to be concerned with should he leave you???? I think your concern would be more about his drug abuse and whether or not you should leave him...... That's some really serious stuff.....

Don't use his drug use as an excuse of your cheating. Drugs are things. Cheating is with a person, intimate and interfering.
