I read that most men on average have as many as seven erections during their sleep. Maybe the one you wake up with is because you have to urinate and the bladder is putting pressure on the penis.

As I understand it, this is due to the circadian rhythm of blood pressure. Your blood pressure does not stay at the same level throughout the day, but rises & falls. It is highest between 6 & 8 a.m. (roughly) & this is a big factor.

Pressure on the bladder to pee. not all men have this problem, and it doesn't happen every day

my boyfriend does but maybe its because i touch it when i wake up i dont know whether it happens when hes on its own

that happens when we have to go to the bathroom. that happens so you don't wet the bed. it prevents your bladder from emptying into your bed. so it's a blessing.
