Why are my feet so damn cold?

I have the same problem. No matter how warm the rest of my body is my feet always feel cold to the touch. I really never worried about it much and i switched from being bare footed in the house to wearing socks. Didn't help much but it helped a little. I imagine it has something to do with poor circulation to the feet but I am unsure.

Put some socks and shoes on then.
