i love that song ca fait rire les oiseaux by la compagnie creole though not sure if they're actually french. my french mate tells me its what they always play at weddings ! hah ha!
also like siffler sur la colline by joe dassin, and of course ca plane pour moi by plastic bertrand. is carla bruni french? love her song off the adverts.
jacques brel and noir desir are pretty cool too, and the final blast from the past is chantal goya who i remember as a sprog (me that is..the sprog).
