i dunno but people always told me they put prune juice in dr. pepper. i can never taste it though.

That is a myth. There never was prune juice or prune extract in Dr. Pepper.

I'm not sure but it does say:
Carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, caramel color, phosphoric acid, natural and artificial flavors, sodium benzoate (preservative) and caffeine.
