Was just wondering if anyone here has used the morning after pill, and if so...can you give details of how you felt after you took it?

i took it and I felt fine. The doctor asked if I was already pregant and said I should not take this if I was, but I read the info packet and it says if you hapen to be preganat it won't harm you or the baby.
I took the pill twice because first time the condom broke inside me and even though I was expecting my period in 3 days and I knew I could not get preganant, I didn't want to take any chances. The second time my boyfriend and I started messing around, we weren't using anything, we got freaked out and we stopped, so I took it just in case. That month I started the pill.
I am not going to lie to you, a small tiny tiny part of you feels a bit guilty, like if your doing something bad. But your not. It's not killing anything inside you, because there is nothing to kill. Your just stopping his sperm and your egg from getting together. In tv they make it seem like the minute he finishes inside you, the sperm runs to your egg and your preganat before you even get out of bed, but that is not so. It does take time for the sperm to get to your egg and to fertilze it. That is why there is such a small window of time when you can take the pill.

I took the morning after pill like 4 months ago
I took it again 3 months ago and I had my periods within 15 days..which is usually 30 days.
I took it again 2 months ago and I had my period a week after that even when it was only 2 weeks after my last period, to my dismay "my period" didn't stop for 1 month...can u believe it? It was not normal period discharge it was pure blood. I went to the doctor and He told me that I had Uterine Bleeding or something like that, because the pills caused a hormonal imbalance...I took the medication to stop bleeding and it still continued for 1 week more.. I thought I's bled to death. Anyway I don't and I will never again use the morning after pill. Try condom it's safer.

Yes I have used it a couple of times, the guide to taking it has changed, it used to be that you took the first tablet then the second one 12 hours later but now the recommendation is that you take both tablets together which is more effective. I did this and took a shower and felt quite dizzy and sick for a few hours. I rang my sister in law who is a doctor and she said it is normal to feel a bit dizzy and sick but if symptoms persist for more than a few hours seek medical attention.

My friend took it. It was a series of 2 pills. She was fine. No side effects.

i havent used it but i know it can and does make you feel very sick
