Is it Okay to like this kind of music and still be a Christian? I love the music itself but don't pay much attention to the "message" if you will. Does this make me a hypocrite?

Oh no, absolutely not.
Being a Christian is one of our journey to close to our God. And God give us what we call as Heart, A heart is the thing that we use to feel anything inside and outside of our body. And one thing that we feel from outside of our body is Music. Every music in this world is produced by any artists in this world, and of course these artists also have hearts right !! So all the music are really a gift from the God. And no matter of what kind of music you listen, when you are also a Christian, then no body can judge you as a hypocrite even yourself. No way.
So keep the steel in your heart, cause it will not make you as a hypocrite.
