Everything works fine during the day but after dark we loose power in almost all the house. We replaced all the circut breakers yesterday and at 9 last night we lost power again. Wierd

Sounds like a bad dream i used to have, trying to turn on the lights and they wouldn't go on.
I think there is a need for elaboration. Did you find out anything or did you just leave the power off all night, but it was back on in the morning? Breakers tripped? Stuff you did to restore power? Etc.
Also, items that were running at the time and places where you didn't lose power.
Was the master breaker tripped? Are there possibly two feeders to the house?

Is this YOUR house?
Perhaps it has been programmed to shut down?
Or.... you have a spiritual visitor / s at night.

is it possiable that someone has installed a motion detector switch before the meter i wouldnot know how or why ,i feel dumb even suggesting it
