Beqa Lagoon (pronounced "Benga" lagoon) resort in Fiji, on the island of Beqa. 5-star food, truly tropical the way I wish Hawaii were, wonderful scuba diving and snorkeling, friendly staff, pool, spa...

I can't think of anywhere else in the world that comes close!

(and... Fiji just had its third bloodless coup in about 10 years, so discounts should abound!)
