The emotion you are looking for is ignorance.
Jealousy is ignorance because to be jealous of someone else's possessions is to be ignorant of your own possessions.
Hatred is ignorance because to hate someone is to be ignorant of the common force, history, and scientific understandings between all human beings.
Envy is ignorance becasue to envy someone or something is to be ignorant in choosing their self as more worthy or worthwhile than your own self.
Anger is ignorance becasue to be angry at someone or something is to be ignorant of the virtue of patience and the need for all things to require time and effort.
So in my conclusion, ignorance kills.

Fear. People didn't understand where they were coming from when they talked. All these people came up with amazing ideas, and totally tried to show other people a different perspective in life. But some were scared of these new ideas so what do they do? Kill the people who talked about looking at life in a different way.
