a u joint is squeaking, sometimes it happens

if they are greasable then grease them and see if it goes away, if not then there really isnt anything you could do about it except trying a new one

good luck

squeaking as in a squeal? its your bearings in the front 4x4 hub. when put into 4 by 4 sometimes the vacuum doesn't engage the gears all the way and the teeth will chip or grind off and the filings will get into the outer hub bearing and cause the squealing or squeaking. replace the bearing or have it looked at as soon as possible. if you want to find out for yourself, jack up the wheel that is squeaking, and tip the tire up and down, with both hands. if there is movement or play you can feel, the bearing is just about shot.

I had a similar issue in my Blazer, have someone watch you drive away, is the car Fishtailing? Mine was a bad Swaybar.
It is also popping in the front appears the strut housing is also bad. Good luck...it sounds like your 4 Wheel Drive might be going out ... I'd have it checked, especially if it is under warranty.
