This happened to me. You can write or call "Registrar if Vital Statistics" in the city and/o county of birth. Look in the government pages of your phone book. If you don't live there anymore, someone can help you contact OK state. You might have to look under state section. Look at them all till you find it.

Find the county that issued the birth certificate and call them. They will tell you how to get it. I did this several years ago. I had to write a letter requesting the birth certificate and sent a check for $13.00. You might be able to get on that counties web site and order as well.
