Elle Girl doesn't print anymore (last edition June/July 06) as apparently they felt that the teens preferred electronic platform.
Teen Vogue is "thriving" but only in US version. Some newsagents stock this but I find it a bit irrelevant as all prices/sources are $ and in the States of course.
