A little known nor publicized fact is that most cholesterol problems are due to a lack of magnesium. Most of the magnesium has been taken out of our water and little remains in our food. Taking 400 mg of a kelated magnesium daily will balance the calcium ion resulting in a more balance HDL to LDL and lower blood pressure. Add 50mg of B6 to prevent kidney stones.
