Get some serious dirt on the boss and put the details in a safe deposit box. Get two more safe deposit boxes and put a copy the key to the original box in each of the others. Do this again and you'll have eight keys. Then set up a will that indicates that if you die in any kind of suspicious manner or before a certain time, or disappear that any othe eight people have access to all of the boxes.
Let your boss know that you want out and what your good intentions are and you shoudl be free from harm for a good time to come. Of course it all depends on having good dirt.

Thats hard since most have good connetions to find you if you run. I would say look into a wittness protection program. Just be prepared to leave your life behind. Good Luck
