I fell absolutely in love with the movies in the early '90s after watching some of Kenneth Branagh's work (specifically, "Dead Again" and "Much Ado About Nothing"). I've been 'kcbranaghsgirl' at Yahoo! for nearly 7 years (believe it or not, I think 'branaghsgirl' was already taken!), and it's the name I use for all of my online registrations and memberships (well, except for the Yahoo! Fantasy Sports team names. Then I use something related to my football team [the Steelers] - often "I Bleed Black & Gold," but one year it was "Coach Cowher's Underbite"; another year it was "I Can Spell Roethlisberger"; and the first year, when my picks weren't going well, I changed it to "The Bad Luck Schleprocks"!).

I chose my user name after a favourite rose - Mrs. G. A. van Rossem - which was one of the first I planted when I began to make my garden. It's a very beautiful old rose - deep yellow with orange tints, and a gorgeous scent - and it's almost unobtainable through normal suppliers so I feel I've done my bit by rescuing it.
At some point I plan to persuade a real gardener to take some cuttings and propagate from her in order to keep her in circulation.
Hope that helps or at least amuses.

Years ago when getting my account I choose at least a hundred names I love but they were already chosen so this when from giggle bunny to miss giggle bunny. Not very orginal since somewhere in the galexy theres a giggle bunny out there. I really would like to change my name thought. I'm sick of missgigglebunny and it no longer suits my gothic side. I hate it.

It took a roundabout path.
"Ride of the Valkyries" by Richard Wagner
"It's the End of the World As We Know It" by REM
I tried Gotterdammerung from Wagner's Ring Cycle, which means roughly "Twilight of the Gods", but Yahoo! wouldn't let me have it, so I chose it's Norse source equivalent, Ragnarok.

My avatar is "Baby" my sorta Siamese...I bottle fed him because his striped cat mom quit when he was still too young to eat by himself. And I've loved him since he looked up at me and hissed when he was about 5 days old. Probably couldn't see anything clearly yet, but he knew it was danger and he was the "boy" - his two littermates were girls. All 3 were rescued, two were taken to other homes, I couldn't part with Baby. So...I'm Baby's Mom!
