ok so there is this guy and he says that he cares a lot about me but when he says that we will hang out he always blows me off what should i do?

set up a date with him one time when your really busy, like doing homework opr somethink. and blow him off.Or just keep on telling him your busy all the time.

Ditch him! I think he might just be playing with your head. You're obviously not a priority in his list if he blows you off whenever you guys "hang out". If he like you and he cares about you, he would put more time and attention to you. This guy doesn't seem to be doing that.

Thats a toughie because he might not mean to blow you off its just something always comes up so i think you should try a couple more times to go out i say if he blows you off two more times say forget it.

He is playing you. the question is are you willing to put up with his games? i don't understand this dynamic, the more a guy treats a girl like crap, the more a girl wants to make it work! my advise is to confront him with two choices 1) keep taking me for granted and disrespecting me and ill dump you plain and simple or 2)treat me right, like were in a relationship together ,and we can go on seeing each other.

Ask him to prioritize you over work.
Sometimes I get too distracted with work and what I am doing to see straight. All it takes is a little prodding.
