If you find 100$ and a man near who is runing...anf then a cop in the other part of the street what would you do? Plus the fact that you should be on meeting that you are already late? Would you do the right thing? In this case which is the right thing to do?

How do I know if I'm doing the right thing when I don't know what the right thing to do is?

Just because the guy's running nearby doesn't mean the money is his. What am I going to do, run after him and ask, "Is this your money?"? Who's to say he'd give an honest answer?

If I saw the money fall out of his pocket or wallet, that would be one thing (and I would return it to him [or at least try to]), but if I just found it lying on the ground without knowing who the owner was for sure, I'd keep it.

A man running and a cop in the other part of the street, means nothing to the money I found by ME.

I would keep it because it seems from what you are saying that it blew down the street. People that are out running usually do not carry money like that and the cop seems to be to far away. Enjoy.
